Fuel delivery
Request fuel when your vehicle runs out. Include whether you need gasoline or diesel, the vehicle make and model, and your exact location. Fuel type, quantity and cost must be confirmed before delivery.
Tire delivery and tire changes
Tell us whether you need a replacement tire delivered, a spare installed, or both. Include the tire size, which wheel is affected, and whether you have a usable spare. For a heavy truck, mention the axle and wheel position so the provider can assess the equipment needed.
Battery jump-starts and replacement
Choose jump-start assistance or battery delivery and replacement. Provide the vehicle make, model and year, and describe what happens when you try to start it. Battery compatibility and whether the requested service is suitable must be checked before a booking is confirmed.
Vehicle lockout and door unlocking
Request assistance if your keys are locked inside the vehicle. Include the make, model, year and location. The provider may ask for proof of ownership or authorization. If a child, person or animal is trapped and in danger, call emergency services rather than waiting for an online request.
Finding you in the service area
- Toronto: include the street address or nearest intersection. If in a parking garage, add the entrance, level and height restrictions.
- Mississauga: include the address and the exact pickup point, such as a parking-lot row or a building entrance, rather than only a business name.
- Brampton: include the street address or intersection. For a truck at a commercial property, add the gate or yard entrance and any access instructions.
On a highway in any of these areas, include the highway number, direction of travel and nearest exit or marker. Service depends on provider access and availability at your exact location.
